I’d like to add:If I had not had those dark and difficult times, the pain, the angst, had I not travelled the dark lanes, been down and out and on the edge of a knife, then I would not be who I am today … Sure, had my life been different, full of love, light, laughter and joy then perhaps I would be fine as well, but I wouldn’t have these scars nor the character that comes with them.
