I don’t get it …

So … vegans don’t want to eat anything that is, is derived from or even simply leaves an animal … which is good and great and all …

SO WHY DO THEY KEEP TRYING TO MAKE VEGAN VERSIONS OF ANIMAL BASED THINGS!?

Like “vegan bacon”. Seriously? How about this “Buffalo Mozzarella“ If this was “Vegan Soy Mozzarella” I’d still be - why are you trying to make fake dairy? - but, to then specifically call it out as a specific type of dairy that is made from a particular animal?

I can’t tell you why this irrationally annoys me so much!
