Any advice?

I need a cure for itching bug bites. Please. I’ve tried hydrocortisone cream and it’s not helping. I can’t take Benadryl until tomorrow morning because I respond oppositely than most people—if I take it I can’t sleep for twelve hours. Any suggestions before I scratch my legs off?

Anyone have any ideas for this?

Toothpaste. Calamine lotion. Make an ‘X’ in the middle of the bite (hard!) with the edge of your thumbnail. Ice.

Some natural options:

  1. Lavender Oil - Stops the itching
  2. Tea Tree Oil - Disinfects bites and is antibacterial
  3. Apple Cider Vinegar - offers some itch relief and kills off most bacterial organisms as well - especially effective when followed up with a smear of honey over scratched bites.
