Cynthia Nixon On Being Gay: 'For Me It's A Choice'
hmmm…
She’s got a point, we do have a choice with who we sleep with and how we wish to be defined. You can choose to sleep with men or choose to sleep with women. One choice will make you happier and leave you feeling honest and full-filled, and well… one might not. But, you do have a choice.
I mean just because I was born with a natural tendency to eat doesn’t mean I have to, it’s my choice to do so.
Everything is a choice. Right?

Well… but one doesn’t have a choice over whether sleeping with the same-sex will make you fulfilled and happy. So, no. Being LGBT is not a choice - being happy is. How is that a meaningful point though?
