Just a quick catch-up note to show I am still alive and kicking … even though I am disappointed in the severe lack of rumours concerning me … I assume … I haven’t really looked.
*cough* Anyhow … a synopsis:
I have finished moving into a rental place in Avondale Heights and the Internet is on … but between work (three concurrent consulting projects) and returning to perform various acts of maintenance on the house in Narre Warren to prepare it for sale, my time is almost non-existant at the moment.
However, if I didn’t convince you of my insanity prior to now, you’d have to start questioning my sanity when I tell you that decided to also sign up for a Cert IV in Training and Assessment starting July on Wednesday nights and am already looking at completing a graduate certificate in Agricultural Consulting early next year.
What else can I tell you? I finished my piece on the view of the issues facing Agriculture in Australia (posted here). It started off as a way to clean up the miscellaneous thoughts in my head, but finished up as a basis of what I am sure will be at least two or three more pieces that are already forming in my head - the loudest one being the role of small and family held farms in the upcoming years due to the impact on the global and local market that food security will place along with the destruction of local consumer goods in the supermarkets due to cost rationalisation. However, along with everything else on my plate, that will have to wait.
Told you I was crazy … but, I guess I have a plan and I need to do what I need to do to accomplish it.
There is always something happening, but I guess that’s all I’ll bore you with for now :)
So, what about you gorgeous people? What adventures have you been on?
