A friendly reminder ...
Just a reminder PLEASE do not give small living things as gifts for xmas. They may seem cute and you may get squeals of delight, but the novelty will inevitably wear off. Next thing you know, they go feral and start congregating in packs in the park, around alleyways or near shopping centres. Remember children are for life, not just for xmas! [Reposted from xntrek]

I am about a third of the way through individually hand scribing personal little notes into some custom made cards for the list of tumblroonies who have provided me with their addresses over the last few years …
I think I may have discovered a few underdeveloped aspects such as writing muscles (which explains the cramps) and emotional verbosity. I also discovered some overly developed...
So ... I finished classes for this year

I do have one more report due - but not till January 9th.
So … I’m still calling it finished!
But …
Now I have to chase up a bunch of neglected things from the year - not least of all the real estate agent who has failed to deliver supersalesmagic(TM) and sell our house.
There’s also an agvocate group I have started...

I normally consider myself a knowledgeable person. No brighter or dafter than any other average person. Yet, this whole bank and mortgage game has me stumped.
I simply do not understand how it works.
So, a “bank” can lend money to me and charge me an interest rate for that money.
